  5. The Accounts Receivable System combines the collection, assembly, and
  6. maintenance of customer information with the computer compatibilities to
  7. fulfill all the reporting, projection, and administrative needs of a good AR
  8. system. The system allows for both open item and balance forward type accounts
  9. and accounts receivable aging through five periods. It automatically generates
  10. late charges and running messages on aged customer statements and provides cash
  11. receipt projections by dates and various detailed customer sales and payments
  12. reports. Selectable mailing labels for sales promotion and follow up are also
  13. provided as part of the system. Credit and collection history is maintained
  14. with easy display and a collection/special handling note file is maintained for
  15. each account. All programs are menu-driven with prompted fill-in-the-blanks
  16. type screens for easy use.
